Rotary International Portal

Rotary International is an early adopter of SharePoint 2007. Rotary's public site at www.rotary.org is built entirely on SharePoint. All content (articles) is also managed and approved in SharePoint. We developed a number of customized widgets which aggregate information published on the site and offer it to readers. SharePoint solution optimized the publishing process, increased productivity, streamlined approval for articles written in nine languages and strengthened Rotary brand worldwide. This project is THE showcase for how far the SharePoint customization can be taken. It is also recognized as a reference project at Microsoft.

Performance Trust Portal

Performance Trust is a bond trading company. Its clients are financial institutions across the United States. During the financial meltdown in 2008, Performance Trust was one of the few financial companies clients could rely on for financial advice, analytics, education and customized information products. In fact, business has expanded during 2008 and 2009 and Performance Trust needed a better portal solution to serve its clients. We have built a SharePoint portal, integrated it not only with the publishing process on the Intranet but also with numerous custom-built applications which provide data feeds for the information products.

Performance Trust Loan Portal

You are probably thinking, "this looks like out-of-the box solution, nothing special here" - and you would be correct. Except that Loan Portal is designed to handle hundreds of gigabytes of loan files and offer them to very demanding customers on a timely basis. This project highlights what is possible with standard SharePoint functionality and finely tuned infrastructure the system is running on. With SharePoint, you can have your portal up and running within days. We have built this portal literally in 48 hours and made it available to staff and external customers. They loved it and now we call it "The Loan Store."
